Leadership is out to lunch and reps are no longer able to achieve quota or make good money anymore. Competition is hot in the esign space which makes selling and winning more challenging. Support is an absolute nightmare and customers are frequently frustrated.

Learned a lot, had a great team. Culture shifted so drastically from what it was before that I found it difficult to stay. My favorite company I have worked for and the friends i made there are family. Made some huge pay checks there, now it feels like its right place-right time.
