My overall experience was positive. They do have a high sales rep turnover, although. Everyone here is very friendly and open to collaborating. Sadly, in terms of being provided a clear outbound strategy, you are mostly on your own.

A lot of great individual contributors in the Sales Org with a great culture amongst teams. But leadership tends to be very political and possesses a lot of favoritism. Many leaders throughout the Sales org should NOT be in Leadership positions. The company as a whole is going downhill.

Significant favoritism between managers and peers and inappropriate personal relationships between managers and peers created toxic and retaliatory environments. Layoffs and falling stick processes further degraded the working environment.
