Our new CRO has come in and obliterated culture and morale–halting merit based raises and making a ton of nepo-hires, ie, people he's already worked with. The favoritism is blantant - his hires are given the best territories and are being paid 50% more than current reps in the same role.

Bad bad and bad. Docker in APAC is suffering badly under toxic leadership. No one is hitting their number and the GTM is a huge mess.
