Back to ReviewsCurrent Employee After the last Ent BDR manager was pushed out, the new manager came in and is pushing out the old BDRs via micro managing and pivoting initiatives every other day. The data hygiene is awful in Salesforce that reps have low confidence if they should work an account because it may or may not be actually in your name and the rules are never straightforward. The instance of Outreach is a mess. We use Nooks which is great for getting through your calls and rotating numbers to get a higher connect rate. Biggest issue is BD leaderships goes off of how they perceive you and if they dont “like” you, you’ll never move out. Mid market is a slightly better experience for BDRs. By the time you read this, the burn and churn initiative might be over, I recommend asking when the last BDR was promoted out; it’s never happened while I’ve been there and there’s BDRs that are still doing it for 3+ years with no end in sight Browse Other Reviews
