Overall, the experience was good. The role of Account management is still maturing although the leadership needs to invest more into the enablement of the AM team members as some individuals did not come from AM experience.

Docebo cut our department citing "performance" as the reason...only to reopen all of the previously remote jobs as hybrid based out of Toronto and Atlanta. You do the math.
