Back to ReviewsFormer Employee Docebo has been successful because it is a great product and it has some really talented people who care about our customers and their work. This makes it easier to get in the door and become a finalist. However, Docebo's internal issues make them slower to respond to competitive pressures and it's complicated and often inflated, non-sensical pricing make it a headache to negotiate. Along with this, there's no mtkg & it doesn't help that the C-suite is the true definition of micromgmt. They control leads, browbeat AE's at all hours and add little to 0 value on mandatory deal interrogations. They can also be credited with the loss/reduction of many opps bcs of their arrogance, rudeness /inability to read a brief before a call. Things are getting worse since the focus is not on what they actually need to be working on as per their roles.
When it comes to upward mobility - forget diversity. Any attempts to diversify leadership have lead to almost all them being either frozen out or leaving quickly. In the C-suite, they only recruit and promote men they know (usually old white guys) who are also sycophantic, mediocre execs,so their respective teams suffer. Browse Other Reviews
