On one side of the business, Diligent is the undisputed market leader (Board Governance) and on the other side (Audit, Risk and Compliance) they are struggling to stay relevant as competitors eat their lunch. Diligent tries to be a platform solution provider but they have not achieved product market fit in any areas outside of their Core Board meeting management solution. This is a result of years of Product Leadership ignoring what the customers wanted in pursuit of their own vision for GRC which never materialized and was never finished so you have a half baked solution with enormous tech debt from years of mismanagement and high turnover in product management plus offshoring of Product teams. It's not a good platform, period. Avoid unless you really need a job.

Company that has grown through multiple acquisitions and while overall vision makes sense, there is a lack of understanding of customers. Complicated product, lack of SMEs and subpar enablement. New sellers typically struggle to onboard if you aren't selling their Boards product.

My overall experience has been challenging at this organization. The products have problems that are not fixed, the compensation plan is poor and leadership is not at the level you would expect at a mid-sized company
