Diligent acquired a lot of companies banking on their ability to expand. They over hired for the expansion team so despite team success very few individuals hit quota. A company with unlimited PTO that makes you feel bad when you take it.

One thing is that the tech stack is very frustrating, using outlook opposed to gmail plus some of the other tools make the job a decent amount harder.
