Overall, my specific team hits 70-80% to target. Across the org, I would say 50%+ of reps are hitting target. We recently expanded the product range through acquisition. Great product and market fit. Huge nose dive after IPOs froze up. Platform applications are geared towards publicly traded companies. GRC space is getting highly competitive. Used to charge a premium but now prospects are choosing the cheaper less feature rich competitors. Consequently our quotas stay high but average deal size almost cut in half.

There are plenty of materials to review when onboarding. However, there is no continuing education on products or a thorough review of products that are not the Board Portal.
