Great product and in general a good company to work for. The comp plan here used to be great for the sales team but the leaders of the company basically pulled out everything that incentivized sales this year in order to save money and make the business more attractive to a new buyer/investor.

I was part of the numerous acquisitions by Digital River. Over time, Digital River seemed to phase out their acquisitions. While you were employed by Digital River most of the acquired companies were provided some autonomy.

Leadership is not in it for the long-haul. Marketing doesn’t have the support to help drive market awareness. Siloed leadership who continue to create bottlenecks in processes that inhibit growth. There is a lack of confidence and trust in the direction or next step
