Leadership is highly questionable and suspect with no vision other than a revenue target, good gosh. Direction is in constant change and marketing/ messaging is all over the place making life tough for reps. Not sure that a real market exists for this product outside of telco or the company's white label relationship plus competition is building their own product to compete with DR. Expect the PE firm to cash out soon.

Stay away, market opportunity is small with a niche product that competition has passed up. Leadership is poor and turnover is high.
