What kind of sales training and enablement can someone expect coming in from the outside into an SMB AE role? Do the sales managers and leaders spend time ensuring that new reps are set up for success and coached to be effective closers or is the expectation that you figure it out yourself?

More QuestionsHey Everyone! I am currently interviewing for Dialpad. The base salary seems to be lower than what other tech companies are offering, but in my previous role only 5% of the org actually hit their OTE. So I am just wondering:-
- How many people are actually hitting quota? Is it achievable? Thanks!What is considered enterprise at Dialpad? Seems like this varies greatly depending on the company. How are they segmented? ARR bands? Employee count? Also, average enterprise deal size and commission %?
