Leadership is a joke, senior leader in the sales department gave someone a job without a single interview and is probably the most clueless individual on the team. They are poor at hiring or choosing the right people to hire and then they fire people when they are not performing but do not set them up for success. They do not do pips they just fire people even if you are out performing other colleagues. Not the place to work

TAM seemed to narrow overtime with little marketing support. Lots of toxic leadership. 10% of team was remotely close to hitting quota in the last year.

Great product. Little to no inbound. Starting to verticalized but may have tried to upmarket too quickly in key segments. Great leadership outside of sales. EVP of sales seems intentionally dismissive and absent. “No excuses but come to me with everything”. CEO is down to earth and more sales friendly. Just tough to make money in new segments here.
