Great product. Little to no inbound. Starting to verticalized but may have tried to upmarket too quickly in key segments. Great leadership outside of sales. EVP of sales seems intentionally dismissive and absent. “No excuses but come to me with everything”. CEO is down to earth and more sales friendly. Just tough to make money in new segments here.

TAM seemed to narrow overtime with little marketing support. Lots of toxic leadership. 10% of team was remotely close to hitting quota in the last year.

Product is struggling in certain areas and the company's initiative to charge 10% to renewing customers is going to piss off a lot of customers in the future. They need some new leaders in the business for there to be any sort of turn around
