Overall, invoca is a great place to get started at. There isn't a lot of upward mobility but you work with good people and the team is fun.

Product is struggling in certain areas and the company's initiative to charge 10% to renewing customers is going to piss off a lot of customers in the future. They need some new leaders in the business for there to be any sort of turn around
