Overall, I am safe here as a vet rep but I would not recommend any new rep to come join this company. Opportunity is low and every month is a fight for your job. You work harder and they pay less.

My overall experience at Design Pickle has been a rollercoaster. From Sales leadership being fired or leaving every 3-6 months, new comp plans biannually, new tools implemented and product updates with no sales training, marketing spend cut more that 50%, more role responsibilities including SDR and AM duties, and a huge RIF in early 2023, rep favoritism, to targets...Read More
