My overall experience was okay until the management hired lacked any ability. While delphix was quick to fire, they still struggled to onboard. After hiring all over the country during COVID-19, they decided to move in office in Austin, TX and lay-off (but comped) anyone unwilling to relocate.

Training and enablement was subpar, left to figure it out mostly on your own. Compensation is above average.
