My experience has been great. My role is primarily outbound so I dont have many inbound leads. Great relationship sdr x field marketing so we do get great event leads. There isnt much of a structure to your onboarding, there arent many learning opportunities for the product, or workshops, you have a team lead and not a manager. You have to self teach quite a bit but do have great peers to help you out in the learning process.

My overall experience was okay until the management hired lacked any ability. While delphix was quick to fire, they still struggled to onboard. After hiring all over the country during COVID-19, they decided to move in office in Austin, TX and lay-off (but comped) anyone unwilling to relocate.
