The only reason I marked compensation structure lower than 5 is based on no equity being available to IC's. The overall W2 earnings potential is great as well as the leadership and product fit.

The company has experienced phenomenal growth with a compelling event requiring customers to migrate from a legacy platform to be sunset. With this window closing, it will be interesting to see whether sales quotas are overachieved, or will there be choppy waters ahead.
