The only reason I marked compensation structure lower than 5 is based on no equity being available to IC's. The overall W2 earnings potential is great as well as the leadership and product fit.

Great culture including remote first working and great efforts made to build cohesion and co-operation between team members. High levels of growth in the business means real opportunities for progression are more likely. Compensation is lower than other places.

Absolute rocket. No shares or ISUs, but who cares when you're at 100% of your target in May and heading for 250%. 9/10 of my team mates are at or above target.
