Deloitte is a large matrixed organization, a bit challenging to navigate if you are unfamiliar, but not an insurmountable challenge. Sellers are provided may learning/training and career enhancing opportunities, and there's a great team atmosphere as a collective when pursuing large transformational opportunities.

Little support from account or practice leadership. High targets for managed revenue and new business. Incentives and total comp needs to improve, especially for practitioners who are expected to deliver and sell concurrently.
