Most including myself were Dedicated to this role and company. We worked above and beyond. Direct leadership cares but Executive leadership only cares about stock buybacks and very little to no investment in the company infrastructure. Not a bad company to work for. Managing 3rd party shipping is a pain in the butt. Low yielding commission structure only pays bonuses quarterly. Not very high quota attainment. Definitely more of a farmers role than a hunters role
