Deloitte is a large matrixed organization, a bit challenging to navigate if you are unfamiliar, but not an insurmountable challenge. Sellers are provided may learning/training and career enhancing opportunities, and there's a great team atmosphere as a collective when pursuing large transformational opportunities.
