Deel has incredible product market fit. OTE is not competitive tho. Especially sales leadership roles.

pros: great place to sell especially in today's market - strong PMF and brand recognition. quotas are high but attainable. culture of excellence and ownership, seems to be good career progression cons: base/OTEs could be higher and work life balance is a bit blurry (startup life)

Deel is an amazing company that gives each and everyone an amazing opportunity to grow, go above and beyond and get highly rewarded. Not many companies with an amazing product market fit and +300m in ARR do comp their AEs (SMB/MM/ENT/STRAT) based on their quartely performance
