Overall, a great place to be. Prior experience at a start up would be helpful as processes change and you do have to be autonomous within your role to figure things out as you go. All those difficulties are well worth the product-market fit. Deel's product seems the best in the market for me and this space is only going to continue to grow.

base comp could be a lot better opportunity to progress or move around the company is possible
