Very saturated market and teams. Not a company that values their employees and I would not recommend working here They do not set you up for success. Their model is very much spray and pray and relies on very poor sales practices. You have to drink the Kool-Aid hard to get anywhere here. Their motto of "Deel Speed" is just another way to justify churning out low quality work. The hype is definitely not worth it here, especially in the sdr side

Deel is an incredible company. It’s not for everyone - very demanding and not a company you can get away with just cruising for a paycheck. However, hard work is rewarded and the talent is top tier

My overall experience has been great. At the beginning of my time here it was amazing, the company was growing and everybody was hitting quota. In the last couple of months, everything started changing even though we are releasing new products everything is slowing down, quotas are getting higher, less education budget, and everything is more restrictive.
