Terrible executive leadership. Great product market fit. Questionable product quality. Opportunities for progression in some not all cases. Company often makes progress by taking 6 steps forward and 5 steps back.

Great company, great compensation and you can work remotely. Management is very helpful and don’t micromanage you. Targets are a bit hard to reach though

My experience with Deel has been amazing! Great leadership, great. product, great teammates. They are supportive about the sales org as it is the heart of the company. 100% recommend 10 out of 10.

some positives, but that was due to my own effort. Huge lack of leadership when I first started, first manager was really bad, second manager was amazing.
