I was denied 1 sick leave day, the culture is super depressing, no team spirit, everyone just trying to survive. Micromanagement, manager constanly checks amount of calls you did, everyone on the team is constanly anxious

The company became much more aggressive in terms of quotas and sales targets - squeezing out a lot from a single AE while there's 600+ sales people in the organisation Comission structure was recently changed and heavy focus is on New business
