Deel is fast paced in every sense of the word. It is great for career progression, but not great if you're looking for worklife balance. The system rewards hard work which is exactly what senior leadership wants. However the lack of direction our revops team has with dramatic changes to the compensation plans every quarter and no clear strategy gets frustrating

My overall experience has been great. At the beginning of my time here it was amazing, the company was growing and everybody was hitting quota. In the last couple of months, everything started changing even though we are releasing new products everything is slowing down, quotas are getting higher, less education budget, and everything is more restrictive.
