Great company, great compensation and you can work remotely. Management is very helpful and don’t micromanage you. Targets are a bit hard to reach though

Love the company. Massive TAM and new products coming out every month. Room for career growth, best tools in the market and building an amazing sales org. I'd say OTE is below market though, but the full remote and the culture make up for it on my side. Easier to hit target for SMB reps than for MM/ENT
