Lowest commensurate salary, but a bonkers compensation plan for OTE I’m hyper growth, so watch out for a higher than normal rate of hiring-firing

It's an experience alright. Great manager and team, probably the only thing keeping me here. Terrible pay, high OTE but that's something they put infront of you. Beware of companies that have low base but high OTE. Find out how many people are hitting quota. Heres it's less than 50%. Okay product but there's lots of competition.
