Its good to work here. But the quota remaining the same even if you are in vacation which is a joke.

The company became much more aggressive in terms of quotas and sales targets - squeezing out a lot from a single AE while there's 600+ sales people in the organisation Comission structure was recently changed and heavy focus is on New business
