I'd say OTE is below market though, but the full remote and the culture make up for it on my side. Easier to hit target for SMB reps than for MM/ENT

My entire SDR segment hasn't hit quota in 2 months and the leadership is totally overwhelmed and has no time for coaching. The training was non-existent.
