cold calling is the only lead source - no channel, no marketing and very little BDR support. no cyber understanding and very little loyalty

Don't be mislead by OTE number...very difficult to close deals here, and the deals that do close take forever (12-24 months) with the dollar value typically under $50k. That's not a recipe for success.
