I enjoyed my time at Dataminr and they treated me well while I was there. Unfortunately due to metrics not being met, the company has completed a series of layoffs and new hirings across the board that have changed the culture at the company. It has become very sink or swim with morale being depleted and numerous talent either leaving or being let go.

Senior leadership needs to step aside as they are over their skis--bring in new leadership. A-lot of promise, but need more innovation and/or M&A activity across 2-3 pillars of business to continue to grow biz and eliminate ankle biter competitors.
