The platform is best in class and continues to lead the market as a result of investment in R&D and extremely smart people. With the right accounts and skill set, you can do well here. Average attainment for enterprise sellers is low, and quota is the same across the board regardless of accounts.

Feeling stagnant in Datadog Customer Success. They make it virtually impossible to change departments and nitpick promotions so only a few get promoted a year. Good product though and customers are generally nice.
