The Founder has ousted sales leadership, put too much power in the hands of the customer success leader, lost a number of key developers / product manager and has no clue how to manage a sales organization. It is unfortunate as the product is good but the founder cannot get out of his own way and this ship is sinking. Multiple rounds of layoffs in 2023 of many talented people. Sales people, I doubt they will be hiring anyone but if they do, avoid this company like the plague unless new leadership is brought it, including a real CEO.
