Less team members now in the sales org compared to last year. We are now running leaner as a team which has helped lead flow and quota attainment.

Good pay, decent comp plan, great product, good company, but extremely hard to sell during an economic downturn. AI is a hot however most companies outside of the F50 aren't bringing on new AI vendors or aren't mature enough data and skillset wise to take advantage of AI. Companies right now are more focused on "keep the lights on" and "cost reduction" activities.

Incredible product, amazing space to be in - earnings potential is there but seller needs to be technical, with a strong business acumen and value selling skills to succeed.
