Really disappointing experience. Leadership felt a bit clueless. Constantly changing processes. We changed process 3 times in one year. Slow sales cycle which is ok. But process blockers are in place which contradict what leadership want which is quick sales cycle. Really poor experience overall. Data science team are excellent though! Great team to work with and collaborate with.

Mixed review as there are some reps doing well versus others that are not. Need to get back to the basics and have sales members trained on the product

My overall experience was decent. It's too bad that the complexity of the platform is so high and that the sales cycle is so long.
