It’s ok. Product is good for the right customer, but not sure the management team has identified the proper ICP; more throwing ideas and seeing what sticks. Most people are chill. Obviously ethical issues working for an Israeli company exist and there are some employees that like to post things on linkedin that are pro-genocide which is upsetting. Easy to steer clear of those people though.

Really not great. Leads are terrible, management lies about everything being fine even though the company is continuously missing targets. Only AE’s that have been here awhile are hitting quota. Teams and the junior sales management are very cliquey which isn’t great for new joiners as we don’t get the same opportunities.

To avoid paying more than deserved, employees only worked Monday through Thursday. If you did work in office after 11pm they did compensate you for your taxi rides.
