How would you assess the effectiveness of the leadership team at DataRails in terms of coaching and professional growth for sales representatives? Based on your interactions and experiences with the sales leadership, would you recommend pursuing a sales position at DataRails?

There is no coaching or growth opportunities here. Management is inexperienced and can’t offer any coaching since they don’t really know what they are doing in the first place.

To be honest, you have no chance.  There is no coaching and there is no development.  Sales leadership is non-existent.  This was once a great place with great sales leadership but a very odd decision to make a guy who wasn't any good at his day job, head of marketing, the head of sales with no sales experience and after about a year he learned nothing and made decisions that you would expect from someone who doesn't know anything about sales.  Unless you are already established, it is quite toxic and I would venture to guess that working at any other company will be a much better decision for your career aspirations.  I would imagine those companies promote on merit, not based on the whims and ego of a non-existent leader.
