Big, stiff, full of processes and gates. Great place to work in if you like mediocrity, like to use various processes, guidelines and methodologies as a way to avoid getting to do actual work. Small group of really passionate still make it a great place to work and only due to them and their efforts it moves forward.

Extremely large & bureaucratic French ownership. Feedback from field (and especially other Geos) is ignored.
