Current Employee3.0Oct 17, 2024Sales comp plan is insanely complicated. You better have a good manager (I am fortunate that I do) and good accounts to be successful.

Current Employee2.1Sep 19, 2024The sales leadership in North America is terrible. Overly process driven with upper management never holding true sales roles to understand what is needed to help sellers, sell. No CRM and little support from various parts of the organization leave you to feel you're on your own.

Former Employee2.9Aug 24, 2023Silo'd organization. Has training, modulus are horrible though. Manager was non-existent for helping. Pretty much on your own to do or figure out anything. Good base salary though
