Great culture, great solution, marketing needs more budget for local events to get the word out. Complex solution, difficult sale, competitors seem easier and less expensive, they are better at marketing spin.

Quotas blindly assigned without consideration of account list. Internal politics/favoritism played where top accounts are unjustly given to reps not even in that territory.
