Overall its a great place to work. Pros: when youre doing good its acknowledged. Clear leader in the space so clients want to work with you. Cons: micromanagement is ramping up. Way too many internal meetings.

Career development is excellent... the opportunity to grow in role is excellent and can set you up for your entire career. HOWEVER, compensation is by and far some the worst in the SaaS industry, and leadership often leads through fear and micromanagement.
