So far about a month into Q1 we've seen about a third of regrettable turnover on most sales teams (Also speaking to the experience here in NA mostly). Former Employee3.1Feb 21, 2025I was there over 3 years ago. In hindsight, it is very good base pay but a poor variable, and the options are far from being meaningfully valuable. Based on my extensive research having stayed in close contact with people there, this is a company heavily in decline.
