Current Employee2.3Nov 17, 2024Compensation (for SDRs!) is decent - although this strongly varies by region. Leadership, from C-Level to VPs and Directors is lackluster. Constant over-promising and lack of direction. They don't walk the walk regarding their 'Culture First' philosophy.

Current Employee3.4Dec 6, 2024Overall, a good company. Culture Amp is having to figure out its sales org and it’s required a lot of sacrifice, but once that’s figured out it’d be an amazing place to work. Tons of good people and a lot of customers are raving fans.
