The company treated employees well - or at least better than any company I've worked for before. The employees are intelligent but the Sales team holds the most power in terms of what gets prioritized when several departments have suggestions for how to enhance the product. Highly competitive base salary and solid comp structure. The product itself needs work to avoid a high churn of customers each year. Great people within the organization.
