Severely dropped commission rates for renewals and NPACV. Company is now scrambling with offering SPIFFS to entice people to stay with one big caveat. You have to be at the company Q1 of next year to get the SPIFF payout. Shady commission practices and zero transparency.

Crowdstrike is a market leader which makes selling sometimes extremely easy. SDRs have high churn which makes leads at times difficult to come by.
