The company has some great values and there’s some awesome people who work here however, some of the people in leadership roles are just not good at leading and they put unneeded pressure and use threatening tactics to get you to perform at what they believe is the highest level with minimal support.

Credit Acceptance is a great company. They offer a strong base pay, but the per contract commission isn’t exciting. The culture is awesome and management is clear on where they want the company to go.
