My overall experience was that the GTM team is generally all great to work with - but Coursera is severely lacking PMF in enterprise, specifically coursera for business, and is churning customers like crazy right now. Not investing in product fundamentals with an over-reliance of AI as a strategy.

Things are deteriorating fast in the Enterprise segment. There is a lack of sales culture with most senior leadership in the sales org having a lack of sales experience. Predominantly Coursera is a Consumer business and all resources in the org are aligned around driving consumer revenue, not b2b.

Used to be a wonderful place to work that mixed a great mission with the ability to make money. Very fairly compensated and when times were good, they were great. But sales ops has done the organization a great disservice by lack of knowledge about the space and irrational quotas and expectations.
