Very poor marketing demand (I've had 1 inbound deal all year) and leadership that doesn't know how to generate new opportunities and therefore try to coach reps on close plans. Which is clearly not the issue.

Current Employee3.7Sep 9, 2024My experience at Couchbase is that we are still very much unknown by prospects, but the surprise they get when trying us is very much, "Why didn't we know about you before?" The company culture is solid and welcoming and a great place to grow both personally and professionally.
